I went to look at the bike doubting it would fit, but I stood over top tube and I have about 1 inch clearance. So regardless of what he said, I highly doubt the frame was 59cm. Either that or I have grown, which I doubt. Took it for a ride and it was fine, except seat was to high. I asked him to adjust the seat and the seatpost was stuck. So he said he was going to spray some gas or liquid to loosen it up I think. And once he has managed to lower the seat he said he would bring it around for me to try again.
Cranks and brakes seem fine. Wheels are quite nice.
