depends on how your sleep in. Any room next to the A3 will have noise through the night from lorries. Neither the master bedroom or 2nd is so that will soften it.
I would suggest it is on the cheap side cos of funny layout (2nd bedroom not ideal for a child being 2 floors down), ugly and A3. Personally though I quite like it and if I was a single buyer who wanted to get a lodger in this would seem a good bet.
