it's a big jump from 57cm to 59cm.
the saddle height doesn't matter, the top tube length (from saddle to bar) does, if you find yourself fitting a 54cm fine, chance are it's the right length for you.
Long legs or not, that big is too big for you, even if the bike is a decent value for money, it's worthless when it doesn't fit you.
