Please let us know what reply you get from the lorry company, if you get a brush off or no reply within a week let us know and we at LCC will have a go at them.

I got a reply within minutes from the general manager and have been emailing him this morning.
He seems genuine in his concern and tells me he has opened an internal investigation.
