I did the same as you stabby shooty happy. The rat horde is fun too.
I will replay this as a proper sneak though (Despite no NG+) on hard and use a completely different load-out and make very decisions.
It has more emergent play than Deus Ex and the world is less clichéd. It now reminds me of the excellent thief games in atmosphere. Best game I've played since Dark Souls
