Saw two yoots selling a blatantly stolen Specialized to an Italian guy outside West Norwood train station yesterday. I asked him about his purchase and he seemed to think that 20 quid was a fair price for something in not great condition. Advised him he may be in deep do-do if the pop po ever stop him and find out its nicked. He said he didn't know that people stole bikes as he came from East London...
