I thought the sequence with the woman getting her husband's name covered up was good too. You could see that she was almost purging the bad memories (of him running off with someone he met on FB) in a cathartic release when it was being inked over; and her emotion at the end of it when she was crying and hugging the artist was genuine.
But the rest of it was tabloid stuff alright. And to me it didnt look like those tattoo artists in Ayia Napa had any regret at all - the guy at the start showing his standard trash (pair of lips, Ayia Napa 2012, etc), smirking saying that he could do 20 of these really quickly at 40 quid a pop, or whatever the rate was... smirking all the way to the bank.
