Best cyclocross bike under £1000 and other CX chat

I was looking at Bjorns selection of titanium cross bikes with a very large amount of envy earlier.

I'd love to take a magic wand and clone my SystemSix, but with canti's, and clearance for 35c tyres+mud.

You should get one of your own. Take me up on the offer n ill include the si sl cranks for 250 complete with bearings. As singlespeed id imagine ud be sub 7 fairly easy with nice wheels :-)
