I think a lot of 'merkins like them because they think they are domestically manufactured.
FTFY .. All Enve components are made offshore, apart from rims and tubing, which makes their pricing even more difficult to swallow when you see the price of comparable products from 3T etc
.. the forks are good. I have an Enve 2.0 because as badboybjorn said there is a very limited selection in the aftermarket, and Enve cover most requirements - rake, cross, road etc. and to parapharse DJ, nothing will make people swoon like a bike built up with Enve parts ;)
True Temper pulled the Alpha Q and Reynolds don't acknowledge they ever made forks now ..
