Minimal is probably the best value. Cheapest option is probably the Tifosi CK7 for about £95.
There's possibly the Advanced FF4 from Ceeway for about the same money (if they still make them/have stock); Ritchey Carbon Comp if you can find it (seem to be some new for about £130 on eBay - probably from the US though); and the Easton EC90 SL, if they're still made.
At the pricier end there's the £300+ Colnago Street one (which are excellent, I have them on my road bike), or Wound Ups. Not much else out there these days. The Minimal will look the best with a conventional (non-integrated) headset on a steel frame IMO.
