You'll be probably be fine with the 107 mm - it depends on what ducting you're using. Grey '4"' soil pipe is actually about 110 mm outside dia. and you usually use a 115 core bit for it. I usuall y use 4" soil pipe for fan ducts through walls as there is usually some around.
I have a bunch of different core drills but can't get them 'till Monday -if that works for you you can borrow.
you'll need at least a 2kg SDS drill though
