My favourite colourscheme - includes a Tioga Disc Drive and the original colour coded mission control

My LBS has a Sugino Track disc of that ilk in at the moment, not sure if it's for sale or not but it sure looks good.

^^I can't remember whether the disc-drive had spokes or whether that kevlar string/pulley arrangement held the discs onto the rims & hubs (i.e. I'm not sure if it was a "proper disc" or a clip-on).
I always think that HHSB and early 90's MTBs have a lot in common, some of those XC bikes we were riding were slave as hell, I was 6' and racing on an 18" frame with a 90deg x 120mm Syncros stem and 40cm bars - there was more saddle-bar drop than a lot of tarck bikes - totally impractical but they looked amazing

Someone at my old uni was riding around a Colnago mountain bike for his commute, in this paintjob. I tried to buy it off him a couple of times but he wasn't interested. Such a shame to see it being ridden on the pavement :(
I used to see that pretty much every day too, kept thinking about leaving notes attached offering slightly increasing sums of money until he cracked.

I'd like to veto Klein as being anything HHSB-related, the porn thread got filled up with them to. Essentially they're fairly standard-looking MTBs with a fancy paint-job. Stick 'em in paint porn maybe

Standard Looking?
That Attitude came out in '89or'90 - got any idea of what mtb's looked like back then?Point taken though - clogging the place with mtb's is a bad scheme

I remember my brother having a beautiful GT triple triangle back then that had an amazing blue and white swirling paint scheme. Definite vintage MTB porn, which is where those Klein's belong if there was such a thread. Not in the HHSB thread where we want tarck bikes draped with ridiculous (ly expensive) track bits topped off with a pair of risers or pursuit bars. Bonkers, bling, impracticle and wholly inappropriate
