the last time I face planted into the back of a car (an ex minicab job, with no working brake-lights, I realized it was stopping a fraction of a second to late...) I managed to drive my glasses into the bridge of my nose, and split it, which lead to impressive amounts of blood. The helmet I was wearing was untouched...
