^ you need to be a bit careful comparing spoke counts - OTP wheels are often built with much thicker/wider spokes than conventional hubs will accept, to compensate for the lower spoke count. The rims are often reinforced in different ways as well. If you have a look at the spokes on Shimano C24s, they're maybe twice the width of a CX-Ray, and the rims are heavily reinforced around the spoke holes.
So they can get away with 20R / 16F being ridden by lumps like me, when I wouldn't go near that spoke count with conventional rims and spokes.
