Went down to make some tea this morning and there was a West Ham mug next to the sink. My lodger doesn't seem the footballing type and I know her boyfriend isn't. How did it get there and what should I have done with it? I was a bit confused

I think you should offer to hand wash it personally or give it its' own shelf in the dishwasher. Beverages should be presented in said mug and served on a claret and blue cushion.
