Having driven down kingsland road today, it appears the latest fad for the young fashionable human is to ride a bike (any bike) slowly along the road whilst operating a mobile device.
It's quite the farrago of stupidity, but I guess the importance of instagraming a blurry pic of the bloke who just walked out in front of you, or posting your latest twatbook status whilst getting your front wheel taken out by a minicab is an important business.
There's definitely a byelaw in that area which states you must ride a bicycle without touching the handlebars.
