When some toerag glued the lock on my mrs' bike i called the police and told them i was gonna hacks the lock off. They said ok and gave me a number to quote anyone who tried to stop me. I then sat by the fence on jesus green and hacksawed through a chain on an obvious girl's beachcruiser for half an hour, during which time nobody even asked if it was my bike. Its kind of funny that if i had been nicking it, the police gave me a reference to prove i wasnt nicking it...
