Got home too late, rain and darkness prevented decent outdoor photos... but here are a couple of teaser shots I just took on my phone in the kitchen.
Laminated with 8 plies of a light weight 3k plain-weave pre-preg. 35mm wide. Lay-up intended to allow the required degree of flex needed but with minimal twist. Made from a flat panel because it's the easiest - no moulds required, bit of measuring, very little machining, just a couple of old Gurney flaps cut into tabs that I bonded on, bit of trimming, bosh. The fact they're flexed flat panels also means the tension in them adds to the structure and how they fix to the bike.
I could refine them, obviously, but for a quick first attempt I'm satisfied.
