Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

I raced a procession of bikers on my polo bike once. They were doing one of those Xmas run things dressed as Santas and whatnot and I got caught up in it and joined in the waving and smiling for a mile or 2. I got to the front of the line at some lights and one of them was revving so I sat there pretend revving and rumm-rumm-rumming, he won, but I felt like a winner.

Would rep if my iPhone would let me. Superb.

I often get revved at by impatient cars and bikes (and shirty scooters) so ill frequently make 'RUMMMM-RUMMMM!' noises in return. Strange foreigners, eh?
