Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

Zebra crossings don't mean that cars have to stop, but that pedestrians have right of way once they - when pedestrians are on the crossing, cars must stop.

a fact the drivers round my way love to take advantage of when I'm trying to use the ped crossing just off the high street (as a ped). it's not uncommon for 3 or 4 cars to drive through in quick succession with no sign of slowing until I physically step into the flow of traffic and force them to stop. most of the time they then stop 15m further up the road to turn right across the oncoming traffic lane.
