For most people the job and the salary would be a dream come true, however, this is the most successful F1 driver ever. Admittedly since his comeback he has been considerably more relaxed and has been more open with the press I just cannot shake the feeling that despite his new more "fun" persona he is hurting that he cannot recreate the form he enjoyed before his retirement and this can only get worse. That cannot be satisfying for someone who is as competitive as him.
If you take Brawn's technical and strategic ability, Mercedes' near bottomless pit of money and add Schumacher as a coach and talent scout for young drivers you have the makings of a scary team that has the potential to dominate the sport for a long time. That is what I would be looking to in his position.
