jadias. Hate to be a preacher but I would really consider getting a cleat setup done at a professional bike fitter. I had a full fit done over at the bike whisper in ealing earlier this year and it transformed my riding experience.

Adjusting cleat trial and error style can cause more problems than they solve. I did it that way for a year and ended up with all sorts of problems with my feet and knees.

Got to say, I just adjusted my cleats the other week and it made a world of difference. It did make me think that getting someone to do it professionally would mos def be money well spent.
