Definitely not cold feet. I'm used to that in the winter and it felt different. Also it was worse yesterday which was a warmer day.
I'll run them a little looser and see if that helps with circulation.
Felt like hotspots were starting to develop over the cleats too, which is why I was going to shift them back a little. But that could also be the insoles. Wasn't terrible, just slightly uncomfortable all things considered.
A lot more difficult to dial in cleat position on these than SPDs, I feel, but clearly feeling the benefits of both Sidis and Looks over my previous stuff. Just not quite mastered clipping in yet, as some drivers here will testify to...
