In the new South Park, they take a pop at a cyclist wearing a jersey which looks similar to a US Postal yellow jersey, and with Strong on his top tube.
I won't ruin the plot, for those who want to watch it, but the cyclist drinks someone's jizz (the implication is for performance enhancing reasons).
