Friend has had an issue with his brand-new Boardman CX Team. The front BB5 brake disc has rubbed against the inside of the fork under normal use, and is set up fag-paper close to the fork blade. Halfords, true to form, have 'fixed' it by bodging a washer on the axle to space the fork blade away from the disc.
Needless to say, he's going to tell them where they can stick it, and demand a refund, but is this a known issue / design flaw, or have Halfords messed up the build?
