Number 5, the "You clearly failed to understand me..." manoevre.
When using this move, always make it clear that it was the other person's FAILURE to understand, try to make your post as high-handed and patronising as possible. That will get them riled and give you a position of assumed superiority.
Also, try telling them to re-read your old posts - it's always fun to send someone on a doggy hunt to prove that something you said was wrong. What failed to troll yesterday just becomes the bait trail for today's trolling. No post is wasted.
