granola looks great ( have a strange addiction to cereal in all its wonderful forms). if it turns out well on the palette, you'll have to share the recipe.

done home made granola a few times and never get it to clump up very well, ends up more like crunchy meusli
Well it tastes good, the oats were nicely toasted, but much longer in the oven and they'd have been burnt. 25 mins might be a little too long.
I followed this recipe, but didnt have almonds so used pistachios instead, and swapped raisins for dried blueberries and cranberries.

I'm not sure if I've just come to expect breakfast cereal to be sweet because of having shop bought stuff for so long but this tastes suprisingly salty to me. Maybe becaused I used sea salt flakes rather than ground? Either way it was still tasty, and worth making again.
