Also made my best white bread (so far) yesterday. I think the secret was putting it in the bed with a hot water bottle to rise. Poppy seeds may have also helped.

granola looks great ( have a strange addiction to cereal in all its wonderful forms). if it turns out well on the palette, you'll have to share the recipe.

done home made granola a few times and never get it to clump up very well, ends up more like crunchy meusli
