Chickened out of buying a set of 6 Mauviel pans from Steamer Trading this afternoon. I'm sure they cook well too, but they look bloody beautiful.
When I move into a place of my own I will, but sharing right now and looking at the state of the current pans I'm trying to replace, I don't think it's a good idea.
