(Resisting urge to make jokes about 57 inch bike)
With some seatpost showing and a long stem it should be alright. I'm 6'2" and have a 58cm bike which is just about alright, with a longer stem.
It depends on your proportions, top tube length etc as well though. I have short-ish legs and a longer torso. Just ride it and see!
