Thats not as silly as it looks. Stick a few studs in the tyres, and it'd be perfect. Much easier to adjust your balance and weight distribution on a BMX.
Fat sand bikes do a similar looking kids bike. I'd love to get one for my 6 year old but availibility is very low.
