I've just bought some items on ebay from a seller who said they didn't accept returns, however they failed to mention that some of the items were damaged and/or very poorly repaired, they only put that some parts were "used please note they are ok but you prob want to replace".
What do people reckon my chances are of getting help from ebay/paypal with returning for a refund? I'm trying to decide wether to go along the "goods not as described" line or wether to ask for them to collect and refund as I have changed my mind within the cooling off period as mentioned in the distance selling regulations.
