Do you train with fluids at that distance? I don't bother for short races, and only take on water in transition, if at all.

Well, yeah, but I rarely train just to that distance. If i think about I'm normally thirsty for the first 5 mins, then forget about it until 40-50 mins has past... Guess I'l just throw 200 ml into the bottle just incase.
