The bell part was something I picked up out of the scrap metal bin at my old work. Think it was meant to be an accumulator of some kind. Did a bit of turning on it at my new work to make it useable, nicked some parts from a shitty cheap standard bicycle bell and a bit of Meccano and bosh. Fancy new bell.
