If we are talking about Embarassing Bodies the only epic fail was the bloke workign as a barman who said the regulars were complaining he smelt of shit. He investigated and noticed anal leakage. Went to Dr thingy (the one who looks like he takes human growth hormone) who performed a battery of tests.
The conclusion - the only thing wrong was this grown man in his 40s couldn't wipe his arse properly. Twat
