^^^^I had a Comp Gel snap in exactly the same place. Took it to my nearest Specialized stockist. They called a few days later to say Specialized had sent a replacement. I went down to be handed a woman's Jett or somesuch. They said that's what Spesh had sent as my replacement. I explained that I found that unacceptable so they happily gave me an identical Romin Comp Gel from their own stock.
