I got to go to Shambala for free because I helped with the take down. It was fun, but mostly because I rode there and back from croydon, and there was a tent playing ska that got louder when you pedaled a bike hooked up to a generator.
I briefly chatted with a guy who'd just arrived by bike from Croydon on the Friday (i think, mentioned the led rides that'd arrived Thurs)... might have been you? It's the interactive stuff that makes the festival, e.g. pedal power ska stage. The Electro Space robot dude by the Ferris Wheel was brilliant, if you saw him?
