Just base your spoke count and rim depth on your weight.
24/20 on a 50mm
28/24 on a 38mm
32/28 on a 24mm
Probably optimal to get a 50mm rear with 24 spokes, and a 38mm front with 20. Would be better on windy days than a 50mm front perhaps.
