Don't like the ruleset - don't go to the party! The LO is a progressive tournament and it suits its nature to be at the vanguard of improving the game. Inevitably the polotrends that push any existing ruleset will be seen to be pegged back - this isn't inherently negative.
In the case of the multiple goalies - I'd prefer a simpler boxed zone where only the one goalie/defensive player can enter. Any other defensive players entering the zone with the bike get the penalties. Simple to spot, simple to ref.
I expect the two second rule will place even more pressure on the inevitably varied abilities of referees and suspect that the more competitive teams will be able to steal an advantage either on court or through 'vigorously' challenging decisions.
