I am going to stick my neck on the line here and praise Rapha.
As the title of the thread goes, nice but a bit pricey - yes.
Like many cyclists I have some of their products and yes they are great.
Yes they and some cyclists deserve to be knocked when decked out head to toe - sure
you subscribe to a certain look, possibly even 'stylish' but head to toe to me anyway lacks imagination...
I would rather city types spent their bonuses on cycling gear and bikes than cars, if it makes them feel good
let them get on with it.
The company employ people and have put money in to a racing team.
I have been to their cycle club / cafe place and personally decided to buy a coffee
elsewhere. Yes the cafe is expensive but so is almost everything in that part of town.
We are lucky that we can take things or leave them - this extends to Rapha.
If you don't like it/ them then use another cafe and buy cycling gear elsewhere.
Enjoy your cycling whatever you are wearing and wherever you stop for a coffee.
