I used to be a runner. I ran the London Marathon 2010 and the Bath Half Marathon either side of it. The second time I ran the half I picked up a knee injury that has prevented me from running for the past year and a half (it's the reason I started cycling).
I went to a physio for the first time yesterday evening. I'm so excited at the prospect of running again. My goal is to someday run the London Marathon again, and this time get sub 4 hours (4:04:11 the first time, so close!)
This is just a gentle reminder to everyone to appreciate each and every injury-free stride you take.
