And hence they can be changed as and when it is convenient? It's called rules, which bit of R U L E S you dont understand, it you are not used to it, you are more likely to break it no? Same thing with laws. As it is, peeps are already pushing the limits of the current ruleset, plenty of grey areas, maybe improve the current set first?
