I confess, after reading this link I tried to fart today whilst cycling.......and despite some claims on here it is possible!
(apologies to the guy cycling behind me - you suffered for the sake of serious research)

I forgot the measurements I had agreed to build a bookcase at for a friend. So I guessed. I later remembered what we had agreed and the shelves are about 50mm narrower than she wanted. I am going to charge her for the bookcase anyway and hope she wasn't concentrating and if some of the books dont fit she'll blame herself.

I went to LMNH for a post boozy lunch coffee this afternoon, and failed to recognise Dani King.
Then got home and Google imaged Danni King. Don't, it's NSFW. -

Fair enough then.
The formula is really simple, to be honest. Booze strips out the B vitamins really quickly, along with various other bits and bobs, but The Fear is caused by long term dips in B12. Lack of B12 and other B vitamins (as well as low iron) can make you feel knackered and listless as well as feeling depressed, which is how I feel the day after a big session.
I'm taking these:
Every day, bolstered by extra Methyl B12 supplements and an added dose of iron. An extra dose of vitamin C can't do any harm, as this helps the absorption of the iron.
It works for me, so far, but can't guarantee results. Give it a pop!
Quoted to bring this potential hangover cure to a new page.
I can deal with normal hangovers, but it's the random, unexpected and completely unfair ones that sneak up and destroy me for two days that I can't handle.
If these vitamins stop that happening then I'm happy. If they stop hangovers entirely then I will blame my new found alcoholism on GL and take legal proceedings accordingly.

Whenever I see the term "L'Eroica", I read it as "L'Erotica".

I feel bad. Was at the pics on Sunday and the elderly lady in front of us kept falling asleep. Not a problem except she was snoring amazingly loudly (so much so the rest of the people were turning round and looking/laughing).
We tried to tell her but she was a little bit hard of hearing so wasn't entirely sure why we were talking to her so in the end we resorted to gently rocking her seat to wake her up. This normally worked - she stopped snoring and carried on watchign the film.
Thing is during one of the many episodes we rocked the seat twice and she thought we were just being mean despite our attempts to explain.
I think she thinks we were horrible young people hassling her, which wasn't the case. This makes me feel bad.
I would have explained at the end of the film but she was fast asleep and I didn't want to wake her again.

I forgot to take my 'cure' for two days and got a hideous hangover yesterday, coupled with a raging boner, right in the middle of Asda. It was awful. Full on Fear sweats.
I dosed myself on my return, then got drunk.
No hangover this morning.

Sees new post from General Lucifer in the 'I confess ...' thread.
Gets worried.

you're really taking this 'author' thing to heart aren't you luci.
but i though the rampant alcoholism only comes after a few years when it all becomes too much and you hit writers block and your wife/kids/pets have all left you and you are left with just your demons and a publisher who has given up asking when the first draft will be ready?
typical overachiever, trying to jump ahead of the curve.

Do I have to give back my bike if I confess, I have no idea what you are talking about?
Although I may have worked it out through guess work, green jersey is sprinting right? So I imagine you road bike looks like some sprinter? Is that really embarrassing for people that know/care?

With hippy's diet I thought he'd only have to worry about uric acid crystals in his joints.
