  • That'll be llangennith for those after a specific location.

  • I learned to surf at Llangennith, and have been camping there tons of times, amazing place. When it's not torrentially raining that is.

  • Is that angle weird or were the stands really that steep?

At the top and back of the basketball it was pretty hairy, but that looks petrifying.

  • Thought for a second that he had the bird by the beak.

Niave, glory seeking twaddle every mark on that aeroplane's cockpit is a mark of death, of generally totally innocent people trying to keep their lives together in a harsh world. This picture does not in anyway earn the credit to be placed in picture of the day.

  • Doesn't it serve a purpose to educate us?

Or should we call the thread politically-correct-photo-of-the-day now?

  • Education is fine but glorifying war is not.

Reference to being politically correct is generally done by people who have
    a. no idea what they are talking about
    b. lack a good coherent argument

  • It's a powerful image. It's strange to assume that everyone who is posting a picture here is intending to glorify its subject matter.
