Of course not.
+1 about the cleats, they're brass so only a bit stiff to get to release for the first few rides. Not as bad as when I'd used my Keos on the track, hadn't wound them back before putting them back on the road bike so they were practically impossible to get out of. I ended up sat on the bonnet of a Merc still clipped in with both feet.
