The demi John's have been sealed for a year and occasionally agitated as per all the instructions online. As its a spirit, there would be no benefit in ageing unless it was in a barrel or some other sort of flavoured container (eg. Whiskey stops ageing as soon as its bottled). My main concern is something happening to the fruit content once its in a less sealed environment.
