Functional bikes. Not Porn not Anti

I want to get a rack(basket in most bike shops) for the front of my hack bike, an L shaped one. I've been looking at the Wald ones on Tokyo Fixed but they need to be attached to mudguard eyelets which I don't have, It's a 2010 Langster steel. Can anyone recommend an adapter of sorts to attach it to the hub or one that can be attached to the hub without any modifications.

The Wald baskets can bolt on your axel with the front wheel, so just need some decent bolts on the front wheel and your sorted, i would suggest going for the smaller one, the medium is pretty big and looks a bit silly when empty.
