I've been playing around with my setup again (as if I ever stopped!) and decided not to sell.
Old seatpost with 10mm less setback than the Nitto has helped considerably, new bars are in the post with 10mm more reach (and proper size width), debating inline post and 130mm stem.
And possibly a saddle with a hole...
I WILL FIND THE RIGHT SETUP GOD DAMNIT, I WILL!!
