Getting these on and off too, orange underlined links. Just done a scan and couldn't find anything, and not got any extensions except for adblock and https everywhere

Definitely a problem at your end.

I do not use any third party advertising on LFGSS at all.

If you cannot find and remove it, then I strongly suggest accessing LFGSS over https.

Though I far more strongly suggest rebuilding your machine.
