A lock that big is superfluous. Outside london no one steals bikes. A wee cable is sufficient, and even if you are in a risky spot a Mini D would be much more weight efficient.

Mini D would be as strong as that lock on the bicycle.

An alarm padlock would be useful actually, slight movement send 110dB blaring at the offender's ears and anyone within vicinity of the stolen bicycle.

Anyone like to give me the cash to buy one then?

After having used a large krypto for a while now I realise a mini krypto would have been a much better shout, until that next student loan I'll be making do :p
